Spark Exchange is a platform for FIRST Robotics teams to buy and sell used parts. We do not facilitate monetary transactions or manage any aspect of payment, pickup/delivery, or additional communication that occurs between users outside the Website.

2. Account Creation and Responsibilities

  • Account Registration: To access certain features of our Website, you must create an account. By creating an account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.

  • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. User-to-User Transactions

  • Independent Transactions: All sales, exchanges, refunds, returns, or cancellations are the sole responsibility of the buyer and seller. Spark Exchange is not liable for disputes or losses arising from these transactions.

  • Messaging Feature: Users may communicate through our Website's messaging feature. We do not monitor these messages but reserve the right to investigate reported misconduct.

You agree not to engage in the following activities on our Website:

  1. Uploading or sharing false, misleading, or fraudulent content.

  2. Harassing, threatening, or discriminating against others.

  3. Spamming or sending unsolicited messages.

  6. Reporting false products

  7. Contacting, selling, or marketing with malintention

  8. Buying products without money transaction within 30 days of agreed upon purchabe
    Sending or receiving money on the website

  9. Leading or directing users to unsafe and/or dangerous medias with malicious intention.
     

Violation of these terms may result in account suspension or termination.

  • Data Storage: All user data is securely stored within Wix's CMS system. We do not share data with third parties.

All content on the Website that is not distributed by the users, including logos, text, and graphics, is owned by Spark Exchange unless otherwise noted. You may not copy, distribute, or use our content or the user's content without express permission from stated author.
